Lisa Slotsve is a High School Senior and Children's photographer in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Originally from a small town on the plains of North Dakota, Lisa's personal voyage and passion of photography began when her father gave her his SLR to calm her fear while flying. After earning a degree in Public Relations/Advertising and pursuing her Masters in Business and Marketing Education at the University of MInnesota, Lisa worked in Pharmaceutical sales before launching her Children's photography business in 2006. Her love of fresh, fun, unique images along with creative design grew her business into one of the most sought after Children's Photography Studios in MInnesota.
Lisa's work has been featured in Everyday with Rachel Ray Magazine, international book covers sold at Barnes and Noble, The Japan Times, and various boutiques and modeling agencies in Minneapolis. After attending her first SPA workshop in 2007, Lisa decided to explore her senior brand and experienced a 120% increase in bookings in less than a year and a half. Along with the love of her work, Lisa adores time with her family, drinking coffee on her porch and making time to enjoy best picture of all--the journey in front of us.
